Tweede editie Co-Creation Event gaat voorbij de hype

Nick Coates van het internationale co-creatie bureau Promise verzorgt keynote

Eindhoven, 17 augustus 2010 – Op 29 september 2010 vindt de tweede editie van het Co-Creation Event plaats op de High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. Dit jaar staat het event weer in het teken van co-creatie en gerelateerde onderwerpen zoals web 2.0, marketing 2.0, crowdsourcing en communities. Tijdens het evenement komen zowel Nederlandse als internationale partijen aan het woord die co-creëren met hun klanten of co-creatie mogelijk maken.

Co-creatie is het betrekken van een of meerdere externe partijen bij (een onderdeel van) het innovatieproces van een product of dienst. Dit kunnen klanten, experts, consumenten, eindgebruikers of andere relevante stakeholders zijn. Het doel van co-creatie is om samen met deze partijen producten of diensten te verbeteren of nieuwe ideeën te genereren.

Er zijn vele succesvolle co-creatie voorbeelden te noemen, zowel in het bedrijfsleven als bij de overheid, zoals: XS4All met Yellow Spaces, Dell IdeaStorm en Community of Talents. Daarnaast zijn voorbeelden te noemen waarbij de community zelf het initiatief nam tot co-creatie, terwijl bedrijven deze kans juist lieten liggen. Zo heeft Spyker onlangs van een online community een nieuw Saab-concept mogen ontvangen, en kreeg BP honderden ideeën binnen om de oliecrisis te bedwingen. Co-creatie is dus geen hype gebleken, maar heeft zich bewezen als methode om succesvol te innoveren.

Co-Creation Association
Het Co-Creation Event is een initiatief van de recent opgerichte Co-Creation Association (CCA). De CCA heeft als doel de groei en professionalisering van het co-creatie vakgebied te stimuleren. Tijdens het evenement zal de CCA officieel gepresenteerd worden.

Tijdens het Co-Creation Event worden door verschillende bedrijven en instellingen presentaties en workshops verzorgd. Het gevarieerde programma biedt voor ieder wat wils: van de laatste ontwikkelingen in het vakgebied, co-creatie strategieën en de waarde van co-creatie tot praktische implementatiestappen en voorbeeldcases. Voor kenners én leken een programma om niet te missen.

Eén van de keynote sprekers van het event is Nick Coates, Research Director bij het internationale en gerenommeerde co-creatie bureau Promise. Workshops worden onder andere verzorgd door Insites Consulting, SmartSystem, Jan Willem Alphenaar, RedesignMe, Funnelvision, TNO en Capgemini Consulting.

Het Co-Creation Event richt zich op die mensen die bezig zijn met de verbetering van productontwikkeling, dienstverlening, marketing/communicatie, online marktonderzoek en beleidsvorming. Maar ook ontwikkelaars, ontwerpers, marketeers, innovatieadviseurs en -managers zullen zich thuisvoelen op het event.

Het Co-Creation Event vindt plaats in de inspirerende omgeving van de High Tech Campus Eindhoven. Met zijn open innovatiefilosofie het perfecte decor voor dit event.

The Co-Creation Event 2010 is open for registration!

A year after the first Dutch Co-Creation Event in 2009, the preparation is at full speed for the second edition of the Co-Creation Event! On 29th September, the second edition of the Co-Creation Event 2010 will open its doors for you at the High Tech Campus Eindhoven.

This year, the event is organized by the recently founded Co-Creation Association, which will set up a full day event for you to learn more about the possibilities of Co-Creation and to share experience with experts in the field.
